In a hurry to achieve the goal, he temporarily settles the home in a roadside inn. His concubine, Wang La-mei, is in connection with the servant Dean. Once, while drinking, they enter into an altercation with the rebel Guan Sheng, who sells doggies to raise money for the return trip. Guan knocks Dean down. He faces punishment, but Zhao's kind wife, Li Qian-jiao, lets him go. Guan swears to thank Li.
Lovers retire to the outbuilding, but encounter another rebel - Xu Ina, who is hiding there, impoverished during the illness. They grab Xu Ina as a "thief." However, Ms. Li intervenes again and, declaring Xu Ina his relative, seeks his release.

But when taken for children, she doesn’t stand it. The execution is scheduled for the next day.
In the tavern, all three young people gather who learned about the fate of their benefactors. Having retold each other in detail their adventures (and refusing to pay the innkeeper), they rush to the city. And there the execution is already being prepared. Complaining about the fate and injustice of the court, Lee is waiting for his last hour. Three heroes appear, disperse the guard and free the innocent.

She again refuses to drink - the villains are not punished. Hua Rong leads Wang and Dina, who are waiting for a painful death. It remains to reconcile Lee with her husband. Hua Rong achieves this by threatening to throw children into the stream.
