(198 words) I don’t really like winter, but in the paintings of Russian artists it always fascinates and fascinates me. They deeply understand our nature and are able to show it. One of the most famous examples of such mastery is Yuon's painting “Russian Winter”.
The painting depicts a winter landscape. We see a snowy village from a hillock. Caps of snow are hanging on the trees, the branches are covered with hoarfrost. Small Christmas trees and do resemble snowdrifts. Along the hill walk people with dogs. Against the backdrop of a dazzling snow cover, their silhouettes are black. Despite the cold, the villagers are having fun. They ride a hill, run and frolic. Frost they do not care. Judging by the fat sky, heavy precipitation will soon fall, but the heroes do not survive. They have something to do in this winter kingdom. In the distance we see a man calmly riding a horse, and children sledding, and they all have fun and enjoy themselves. In my opinion, this is the main idea of the artist: nature does not have bad weather, you just need to be able to appreciate every season.
I like the picture “Russian winter”. She conveys the very Russian spirit that Pushkin described in the tale "Ruslan and Lyudmila." The harsh time for our compatriots is only a joy. They are not discouraged and are not afraid to catch a cold, enjoy every day and know how to love him, even if he is snowy and cold.
